Covid-19 Notice

For information about service delivery at Casa de Suenos Country Inn and how we are dealing with the Caronavirus, please refer to the Facebook feed on the Right side of the home page.  Should things change in the future, Facebook will be the posting location for updates.

This virus is taken seriously and we are following guideline about the number of people who can gather at one time and our staff are complying with the stay at home requirements to minimize exposure out in the community.

The state of New Mexico has limited lodging facilities to 50% of maximum occupancy.  For Casa de Suenos Country Inn, that means only 2 rooms can be occupied at one time.  Reservations will be spread out around the building to maximize the space between guests and reduce the potential for running in to other guests.  Meals will be served using disposable dishes and cutlery and will be served in guest rooms or the dining room if only 1 group is staying at the time.  Rooms are routinely sanitized and disinfected.

Treat yourself to a retreat getaway

Many of our guests are hurrying from one place to another and stop here in the midst of their travels.  A common statement when people arrive and take a look at the gorgeous views of the Mesilla Valley from the back patio is - I wish I would have booked more time here.

There is a quick fix to that expression - add a second or third night to your stay and take the push out of your trip.  Relax in the lounge chairs or glider on the back patio and watch the stars.

We can fix you up with a good dose of relax - great coffee, good conversation, and a desert guide (Peanut) for early morning meanders through the high desert terrain.

Santa Teresa Industrial Park Expansion

Things are hopping along the U.S/Mexico Border in Santa Teresa.   New businesses are locating in the industrial park.  Union Pacific Railroad is in the first phase of the intermodal facility.

Sun Edison is working with El Paso Electric Co. on a solar energy project.

The Mesilla Valley Economic Development Association is working hard to bring in many new businesses to this section of NM near Santa Teresa.
