“One of the best B&B's that I have stayed at!”

You do have to drive about a mile and a half over a sandy dirt road to get there so don't expect your car to stay clean. It is a great place to rest and relax. Marlene is the best...so nice. Breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed a rain storm in the desert. The vista is the best part. You can see parts of Mexico, Texas and naturally New Mexico. There are large areas where groups can form and small private places if you want to be alone. Peanut the dog will be happy to keep you company also. We enjoyed watching the quail run around the place. What a great place to rejuvenate your spirit.

A Memorable Night
Stayed On 3 / 2009
Reviewed on: 3/25/2009Overall Guest Rooms Service Value Cleanliness Dining 5 5 5 5 5 5 We made a same day booking at Case De Suenos on our way to Houston. Got in at sunset and were greeted by Marleen which began a wonderful experience. Spectacular views followed by magnificent stars. A welcoming room and outstanding service. Highly recommend. Marlene is really concerned about you as a guest
“This was my third stay at Casa de Suenos. The thing that amazes me about Marlene is how much she cares about the people staying at her home. Marlene's focus is on her guests, and that is how she runs her business. I have stayed at many places where the focus is on running the business - fair enough, they are not in business for their health - but that is a different way of going about one's business. Marlene is really concerned about you as a guest. Her home is beautiful, scenic, and comfortable. If you have business in west El Paso or the Anthony area, I heartily recommend staying here. ”

“Smart alternative to chain hotels in El Paso”
Stayed December, 2012

Value Cleanliness Dining Location 5 5 5 4 5 4 - 4 We were traveling to El Paso for the Sun Bowl and all of the travel sites kept directing me to the well known hotel chains but I was hoping for something with the southwest flair so I kept digging and was greatly rewarded. This place LOOKS like it belongs on a Mesa in the desert, which it does. My husband was concerned that B&Bs are not very private or quiet and we later laughed with the other couple staying there that it is so quiet it is like being in a sensory depravation chamber. The rooms are styled with good attention to detail and are roomier than the pictures on the website. In fact, we took some pictures to try and copy some features at our home but I just know they aren't going to turn out as good as what Marlene and her husband did. Good beds, ours had great powder room with separate bathroom. The private patio is adorable, but the back deck is where you are going to…
