Kokapelli Suite
The Kokopelli Suite is a spacious room featuring a rustic Southwestern style. This room is located in the main house and has a large patio for watching the gorgeous New Mexico sunsets.
The Kokopelli Suite is the largest room in the Inn with a king bed and extra sitting room with a single bed. It is a great room for families and those liking a little extra space.
Each of the four rooms has a private bath, coffee maker, telephone, TV and CD player. Each room has a private patio and entrance so guests can be as private or as social as they like. Once checked in, guests can come and go through the private entrance at their leisure.
Guests can relax in the glider on the patio, with a latte in-hand, and watch the sunrises or the moon rising over the Franklin Mountains.
The stillness and quiet of the rural surroundings provide a wonderful rest after the end of a long cross-country trek or a hectic work day. You can watch the quail and jack rabbits feeding and meet Clyde, our resident Roadrunner who roosts in the rafters of the patio cover.
Casa de Sueños is a convenient central location for interesting day trips throughout this part of the Southwest. See our Day Trip section for ideas of what to do in the area.
High speed wireless internet access and work stations in each of the rooms make getting away from the office a more enjoyable and relaxing experience for our business travelers. Although you can find a place to stay closer to the activities of the city, the quiet and serene setting are worth the drive.

Rates: The Rate for the Kokopelli Suite is $115 per night, double occupancy - inclusive of a full cooked breakfast. There is a $10/person fee for additional guests. Business and military discounts are available, as well as discounts for stays of 4 days and over.
Reservation & Cancellation policies: If you need to cancel your reservation, please call us 10 days in advance and your deposit will be refunded, less a $15 processing fee. If you need to cancel or shorten your stay with less than 10 days notice, please understand that you will be held responsible for your entire reservation cost. You will be given a gift certificate for the unused portion of your stay, which can be used (subject to availability), within four (4) months of your canceled reservation.
Children: Children over 12 are welcome. An additional fee will apply for extra persons.
Pets: Well mannered pets are allowed with prior permission in Tortugas and Oso, Pets are never to be left alone in the room or on the private patios. There is a one time per stay fee of $15 for a pet. Pet owners are responsible for damage caused by pets. Extra fees will be assessed for cleaning or if needed, replacement of furnishings. A contract will be signed at the time of check-in.
Smoking: All rooms and common areas are non-smoking, but the outdoor courtyards and patios do have smoking facilities. An extra cleaning fee will be charged for anyone smoking in the rooms.
Check in/out times: Check-in is at 3:30PM and check-out is 11:AM.
