El Oso
Located in the guesthouse, El Oso (Bear) is a large room featuring antique and rustic furnishings. It has a large, protected patio, and is one of our "pet rooms". The brick floor and Viga and Rug ceiling provide a sense of staying in a very old-world setting.

Each of the four rooms has a private bath with large tiled vanity, a coffee maker, telephone and a CD player.
Each room also has a private patio and entrance, so guests can be as private or social as they like, and can come and go at their leisure.
Business travelers enjoy the peaceful alternative to hotel chains, for working late or relaxing after a hard day's work. High speed wireless internet access is available for keeping in touch with the world of business or pleasure.
There are no interstate traffic noises here. The most traffic is from the quail scurrying across the yard.
Casa de Sueños is a convenient location for west side of El Paso venues, as well as interesting day trips throughout this part of the Southwest. See our Day Trip section for ideas of what to do in the area.
Rates: The Rate for the El Oso room is $100 per night, double occupancy - inclusive of a full cooked breakfast. There is a $10/person fee for additional guests. Business and military discounts are available, as well as discounts for stays of 4 days and over.
Reservation & Cancellation policies: If you need to cancel your reservation, please call us 10 days in advance and your deposit will be refunded, less a $15 processing fee. If you need to cancel or shorten your stay with less than 10 days notice, please understand that you will be held responsible for your entire reservation cost. You will be given a gift certificate for the unused portion of your stay, which can be used (subject to availability), within four (4) months of your canceled reservation.
Children: Children over 12 are welcome. An additional fee will apply for extra persons.
Pets: Well mannered pets are allowed with prior permission in Tortugas and Oso, Pets are never to be left alone in the room or on the private patios. There is a one time per stay fee of $15 for a pet. Pet owners are responsible for damage caused by pets. Extra fees will be assessed for cleaning or if needed, replacement of furnishings. A contract will be signed at the time of check-in.
Smoking: All rooms and common areas are non-smoking, but the outdoor courtyards and patios do have smoking facilities. An extra cleaning fee will be charged for anyone smoking in the rooms.
Check in/out times: Check-in is at 3:30PM and check-out is 11:AM.
