The Ideal Spot for Your Retreat or Meeting

Day functions can accommodate 30 people for indoor meetings/gatherings and 50 for outside patio gatherings.  Groups requiring a horshoe table set up are most comfortable with maximum group size of 15.  Continental breakfast, all day beverage service, and afternoon break treats are included in the room rental for day functions.  Lunch and dinner can be provided by local caterers at additional cost.

Internet access via satellite is available throughout the facility and the expansive white walls lend themselves to projection needs for group presentations.

During the winter, groups can cozy up to the Kiva fireplace in the meeting room.  In the warmer months, groups can utilize outdoor spaces for group functions or socializing.

All day functions require that at least one room be rented to assure restroom and meal availability. Two or three break-out rooms are available for meetings. Consider Casa de Sueños for family reunions, friend getaways,scrapbooking or other group activities.  We can arrange for horseback riding or connect you with some great massage therapists to enhance your experience.

Local caterer, Aida Samaniego can teach cooking classes onsite, where you can learn how to prepare your favorite dishes with fresh ingredients and eat the results of your efforts.  Contact us to reserve the B & B for your cooking class.

Relax on our back patio, where you'll have a wonderful view of the Franklin Mountains. At times, breakfast may be served here, but usually it's in the Kiva. You'll see vast desert vistas, hummingbirds (in season), and on a clear night, a view of the Milky Way that is absolutely breathtaking!
